Preparing your order

05 /
International deliveries
If you ship internationally, explain customs processing and who pays applicable import duties, taxes or carrier fees. Describe any destination restrictions and the effect of customs delays. Remove or adapt this section if you do not offer international delivery.

Address changes & collection
Explain how to request an address change before dispatch and what options exist once a parcel is in transit. Add instructions for local collection, missed deliveries and returned-to-sender parcels where relevant. Keep these arrangements consistent with your carriers and store settings.
